Rakesh Kar

Rakesh joined ChrysCapital in September 2025 to lead operations for public market funds. He brings over 13 years of experience across fund operations and structuring, treasury, product control, compliance, and reporting. Prior to joining ChrysCapital, he worked with Alchemy Capital, ICICI Prudential AMC, and Edelweiss, managing Category III AIFs, FPI operations, and regulatory compliance. Rakesh holds an MBA in Financial Markets and a Post Graduate Diploma in Securities Law. Outside of work, he is a professional tabla player and an avid badminton enthusiast.
